Christine Jardin makes jams, jellies and chutneys from locally-grown fruit (except citrus fruit and bananas). In addition to traditional flavours, she blends fruit (peach blackcurrant, rhubarb raspberry, etc.) with spices (plum cinnamon, etc.) and herbs (pear rosemary, mirabelle plum basil, etc.).
For sale in the shop at the La Bazoge farm at La Tournerie on Fridays from 3pm to 7pm.
