Inspired by perma-culture, Les Jardins de Souvré is a project that follows the new models of small-scale agro-ecological farms. Most of the work is done by hand, and is respectful of the environment. Special efforts are made to preserve biodiversity and improve the biological balance of the soil, so as to pass on a healthy land to future generations.
The fruit and vegetables grown on the farm are available to consumers via our direct sales outlets, as well as certain specialist shops in Le Mans.
