In the heart of the forest of Bercé, in the Vallée du Loir, the old house of Mamie Jacqueiline and Papi Georges has been transformed into a den of taste, exposing you to the wonders of gastronomy.
A unique world, imagined, designed, wallpapered, pictured and hunted by chef Guillaume, where throughout the year he experiments passionately with different compositions based on local produce.
There's no set menu, just a unique menu that changes with the seasons and the mood of the moment.
Instead, Guillaume invites you to follow him in an improvised, contemporary dance of small and large dishes, savoury, bitter, sour, sweet or mild. You'll also be offered a selection of local wines and craft beers.
