The idea behind this new production by the Compagnie de la Petite Étoile and the Quatuor Ariane is to showcase women composers who have been overlooked or forgotten.
A classical recital? Not really... because the decorum is quickly shattered!
In addition to their desire to support women's creativity, the four artists are keen to deconstruct imposed frameworks, denounce injustice and liberate individuality.
Sharing their own experiences and the lives of other female musicians, they show us the absurdity of certain situations and invite us to reflect.
