Corinne, the jam fairy (runner-up in the 2024 French jam-making competition), is here... and it's going to smell delicious!
She arrives with her magic copper basin and her stove, ready to reveal all her sweet secrets. Settle down around her, as if in an enchanted cauldron, and let's get down to some sharing, know-how... and deliciousness! On the programme: - How much sugar do you really need? - Do you have to turn the jars upside down or is it just for show?
- Is lemon a must or just a purist's trick? - And above all... how do you keep your jams without forgetting to store them at the back of the cupboard? In short, everything you always wanted to know about jam but were afraid to ask.
A lively, interactive workshop where all your questions will be answered.
