Thirteen colourful characters from all walks of life meet at Love Cabaret, the famous cabaret run by the Pépettes sisters. They all discover that they have received the same strange invitation:
"I'll see you Saturday eight o'clock at Love Cabaret!
You've been waiting for me...
You've been looking for me...
The moment has finally come!
True love."
But who's behind this mysterious message?
While waiting for the fateful hour, these singular souls share their secrets, memories, dreams, disillusions, burlesque visions of men, women and couples... and even some vibrant little ducks!
Between laughter, song and emotion, the Love Cabaret becomes the theatre of their quests for love, where each tries to answer, in his or her own way, a universal question:
What, after all, is true love?
