In less than an hour, just what you need to refocus, stretch, strengthen your body and lighten your mind. It's an effective way to take care of yourself in the sometimes hectic pace of the week and relieve tension.
The classes are suitable for everyone, with a mix of held postures, fluidity, breathing exercises and meditation.

Anna has been practising yoga for over 15 years, and is trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga as well as Yoga Therapy (the Green Yoga method, certified by Yoga Alliance). Her aim is to make her classes accessible to everyone, and to enable everyone to use the tools of somatic approaches to (re)find vitality and physical and mental well-being.
