Mr and Mrs Bryja open the doors of their company Numériplan in Mamers. Specialising in :
Drawing plans, from preliminary design to planning permission (digital mock-up and BIM),
- Administrative support (CERFA documents) for applications for planning permission or prior declaration of works,
- 3D imaging for architecture: pre-calculated photo-realistic rendering, video, 360° panoramic view,
- Virtual tours for architecture and new build: using a virtual reality headset, you can immerse yourself in the building, at 1:1 scale, before it is built,
- 3D survey using a laser scanner, enabling a digital model of the existing building to be reconstructed from the cloud of points produced by the survey.
