A day full of ideas for cooking with seasonal produce.

Fill up on recipe ideas for preparing excellent meat-free meals, making the most of seasonal vegetables, cereals and pulses... Techniques, organisation, lots of recipes made together, conviviality... Basic rules for a balanced vegetarian diet. Lunch included and a share of each recipe not eaten at lunchtime to be won in the evening!
