La Petite Suzeraine is a former tanner's house dating from 1850, located in the heart of a small town of 4,600 inhabitants, 15 minutes from the 24-hour race circuit, 20 minutes from Le Mans and La Flèche (Zoo, Prytanée, etc.).
The house is just a stone's throw from the station, but without the inconvenience, and just 5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Sarthe, which offers the ultimate in relaxation.
The "Vélobuissonnière" greenway for walking and cycling is just 5 minutes from the house.
Your Chambre Amédée Bollée offers a cosy atmosphere, with a 160cm bed and en suite shower room and WC. We have just finished building it in September 2025 and you may be the first to appreciate its comfort, with a swimming pool that is open depending on the weather.
Our table d'hôtes offers simple but quality cuisine (just like at home), using local produce, and we'll do our utmost to help you discover our region and all its treasures.
Whether you're just passing through or staying for a short while, a stopover with us is a must. Pets are not allowed, we apologise.
We are opening this house with a wealth of experience. We have run a guest house in the Auvergne region that has been awarded the "Qualité Tourisme" label, and we have also been awarded the "Traveller's Choice" label, which lists the 10% best places to stay around the world by TripAdvisor.
