Good news: after moving a hundred metres or so to accommodate work on the future Chronoligne, the market returned to its original location on Saturday 27 September 2025. Created in 1962, it is one of the oldest markets in Le Mans.
Every Saturday from 7.30am to around 12.30pm.
Situated on a square partly planted with trees, it brings together around thirty traders, mainly in the food sector. From small producers with three crates to large fishmongers and market gardeners. The many shops in the vicinity, particularly the cafés, make Le Pâtis a friendly market. The old inhabitants of this former working-class district mix with a more affluent population. People come to Pâtis de Rouillon and beyond.
