Pottery and ceramics in Courcival
Welcome to the La Pivardière studio-boutique. I work with stoneware from Saint Amand en Puisaye, porcelain and the Japanese technique of Raku. I make one-off pieces, often with a utilitarian purpose (bowls, teapots, jugs, etc.), ideal for gifts or as a treat for oneself, but also beautiful models. The play of colours (glazes) comes into play and finally the final firing at 1280°C completes the work. Raku courses are available for adults, and discovery modelling courses are organised in the summer for children. Simply visit the website for more information.
