The Salers is renowned for being a calm, hardy breed that thrives in our authentic Sarthois bocage, with its hedgerows, lush green meadows and trees. It is a meat with a strong and intense taste, tasty, coloured of red and marbled. Renowned for its taste, appreciated by many connoisseurs.
We sell at the farm. Our parcels come in: 12 / 15 / 20kg of meat for heifers (every 6 months) and 8 / 10 / 15kg of meat for veal (every 12 months).
The meat is cut up and subdivided in a workshop approved to European standards.
