You'll learn all about Normandy cattle breeding and herding dogs. You can also discover the farm's cheese-processing workshop and taste our distinctive tommes. It's definitely worth a visit ... and a tasting! Our main cheese is "Refrain", a soft, supple pressed cheese that appeals to young and old alike.
