Located between La Flèche and Durtal, we prepare traditional dishes using only the freshest local produce and 100% home-made ingredients.

With 'cordon bleu' parents, one of whom was a restaurateur, it was natural that they passed on to me a taste for cooking, and it was with my grandfather that I learnt about working the land and the pleasure of cooking with freshly-picked produce.

So it's essential to me that we only work with raw, fresh, local produce.

After 15 years in the financial sector, I decided to take the plunge and make my dream come true: to run a restaurant!

It's with great enthusiasm that I'm taking over this fine establishment from Isabelle LETURMY.

With my young, dynamic and determined team, we're determined to offer you tasty cuisine, combining tradition and innovation, with the aim of delighting your taste buds.
