Welcome to the heart of this 1,450-hectare commune, with its rich medieval heritage (12th-century church, 13th-century recumbent church, etc.), a land of potters on the edge of the Grande Charnie forest.

The walk starts 13km from Sillé-le-Guillaume, 16km from Conlie, 12km from Sainte-Suzanne-et-Chammes and 15km from Loué.

Departure point: Place de l'église.

- From Place de l'Eglise, turn left towards the town hall. Go past it and turn left.
- Go straight on at "Grand Tertre".
- At "Durandières", turn left and continue along the track opposite.
You can take the alternative path known as "Bardeau à la loge" by turning right.
This is where you'll find the famous "Refuge Groingroin", whose mission is to rescue and take in farm animals.
- Follow this path until you reach the road and "La Grande Godefrayère". Turn left.
- Pass "Le Grand Pré de la Maison" and a few metres further on, at the bend, take the grass track.
- Turn right and cross the D4 "Sillé-le-Guillaume - Sablé-sur-Sarthe" with care.
- The path leads to a small road, which you follow until you reach the D28 and the department's storage area.
- Turn left to rejoin the D4. Cross carefully.
- Turn left towards "Haute Mercerie" and then left again towards "Petite Mabilière".
- Take the grassy path opposite, which will take you back to the local road you took earlier.
- At the bend, turn right and follow the road into the village.
- Turn left twice. At the cemetery, fork right to reach the church square.
