The house is well insulated, but due to the current economic situation, electric heating is at the tenant's expense at the current rate (3Kw/day/person are free).
Reservation: 150€ for 1 week, refundable up to 1 month before the date of arrival.
A deposit of 300€ (of which 150€ in cash) is required, fully refunded if the house is left as clean as on arrival.
Due to its configuration this house is not suitable for young children, it is perfect for hikers, couples or friends...
Situated close to the Mt St Michel/Compostelle GR, in the Grès Roussard region, walkers will be able to discover some very old crosses that predate Christianity.
It is possible to reserve part of the house for 2 to 4 people outside the tourist season and during special periods.
