JEP 2025 – Visite du moulin de la Bruère

The production of ice cream for refreshment began at the very beginning of the 20th century. The production of electricity, thanks to a hydroelectric generator, dates back to 2019.
In 2025, the year of the association's 30th anniversary, some of the mill's panels have been updated AND a brand new video will introduce you to the mill and explain how ice is made.
You will then be able to perfect your knowledge during a guided tour led by the Association des Amis du Moulin.
Finally, you'll be able to take advantage of this site to relax and enjoy some crêpes and drinks.
On Saturday afternoon, you'll have the chance to chat in local dialect and listen to some local stories in the presence of André Jaunay - a member of the Heula Association.
