The Logis de Martigné (13km Sablé-30 km Le Mans-2h from Paris by car and 1h15 by TGV) in the unique setting of the Château de Martigné (XVth/XVIth century), offers the Grande Ecurie (330m² with cloakroom, sanitary facilities, catering kitchen), a magnificent reception room that can be adapted and heated, with an exposed roof structure throughout, a paved floor and exposed stone walls. Adjoining the reception room are 15 single rooms (double or single bed) with private bathroom and toilet facilities and 2 bedrooms (two with 8 beds), offering quality accommodation for 56 people in buildings set in the heart of a 52-hectare country estate.
Receptions and events can be held in both the Logis buildings and the Château grounds.
The complex has just been renovated. It has all the security and PRM facilities and a car park (105 spaces).
