La Cassine was once a farm. The buildings date back to the 17th century and the hamlet is very well preserved. Today, it welcomes groups.
This gîte is housed in the former stables and barns of the Château de Vassé farm. There are beams dating back to the 17th century, and the renovation of the thick stone walls plastered with a mixture of lime and hemp or lime and sand gives it real charm. The gîte is spacious and practical, with two buildings and a yurt. A large hall with a professional kitchen and sanitary facilities for the festive part of your stay. A yurt and five large bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet, for restful moments. To each his own rhythm! The gîte has been designed to be both family-friendly and convivial.
The outside environment is particularly calm, pleasant and unspoilt. You can take advantage of the wide open spaces around the gîte, the covered barn converted into a leisure room, the hiking trail that starts from the gîte and the proximity of a number of tourist attractions and walks.
A covered barn has been converted into a leisure area (badminton, basketball, table tennis) and is accessible to guests of the gîte.
Children's games are available outside. Board games and large wooden games are also available.
The gîte has been awarded the Famille Plus label.
