The "L'endurance 24" gîte in Téloche (72220) is ideal for family get-togethers, meetings with friends or business meetings. It offers you a green, peaceful setting in the countryside, yet close to the Le Mans 24-hour race circuit!
The gîte includes a function room for up to 50 people (with tables and chairs) with a fully-equipped professional kitchen (2 large professional ovens, extractor fan, cold room, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils (crockery for 50 people).
Sleeps 15, 4 bedrooms (1st bedroom: double bed + cot, 2nd bedroom: 2 double beds + 2 bunk beds, 3rd bedroom: 1 double bed + 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed and 4th bedroom: 2 single beds) with 3 individual shower rooms (changing table available).
Tents and camper vans permitted. Large enclosed outdoor car park. Large gravelled courtyard with barbecue and lovely green areas, ideal for summer days.
Price: €650 per weekend (Saturday morning to Sunday evening)
If you wish to use the gite on Friday evening, a supplement of €50 will be charged.
Electricity consumption will be invoiced at the end of the rental period (heating not included as oil-fired heating).
