Gîte L'Esse'capade - Sarthe Tourism

L'Esse'capade is a gîte in the heart of rolling countryside, a haven of peace, a converted former cowshed surrounded by fenced parkland with trees, a veritable treasure chest of greenery.
The gîte is located in an annex to the owners' house. Ground floor: large, bright, spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, large fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo, etc.), dining area, living area with rustic and modern charm, with 2 sofas, armchair, wood-burning stove, connected TV with Netflix and Canal+. High-speed WiFi.
1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room.
Separate WC. Storeroom with washing machine.
Upstairs: mezzanine with study area

When the weather is fine, an enclosed garden reserved for guests and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet and outdoor meals.
A secure 6 m x 6 m swimming pool, shared with the owners, is open from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm from 01/07 to 15/09. This area is alcohol-free. The pool is heated by solar panels. Entrance and parking are free and independent of the owners.
Cleaning package €65 compulsory, extra charge to be paid when booking.
Wood provided. Baby equipment (cot, changing table, high chair).
