Two guest rooms are located on the first floor of the owners' house.
They have exposed beams and panelling under the eaves:
- A large bedroom for 2 or 3 people with a double bed (160cm) and a single bed (80cm)
- A large bedroom for 2 people with 2 single beds (90cm)
There is also a third room with a small sitting area with flat-screen TV, a separate shower room with walk-in shower, double washbasin and heated towel rail, and a separate toilet with WC and washbasin.
Each bedroom can be rented separately, with the 3rd room shared. The first floor can also be made private.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Breakfast is served on request at the owners' table.
Parking is available in a large private courtyard in the centre of the old farmhouse. The terrace is covered, and the garden and grounds offer uninterrupted views over the countryside.
Easy access by SNCF: Sillé le Guillaume station (TER Le Mans - Laval); the owners can collect you from the station.
Road access: D304 (Le Mans - Mayenne), Le Grez, "Landereau" rest area, private driveway "La Mare", 50 metres on the right towards Sillé plage.
