This 108 m2 house has its own entrance at the end of a private driveway with a small courtyard and private terrace. There are uninterrupted views over the countryside and the "Petite Charnie" woods.

This house can accommodate 8 to 11 people, plus a few children, in a group or otherwise: 2 independent sections around a shared living area.

The house comprises :
- a central living area, with a fitted and equipped kitchen, opening onto a dining area and a sitting area with sofa.
- on one side of the living area: a hallway with a separate toilet, then a large bedroom with exposed beams and 4 single beds (90cm) and a private shower room; it is possible to add an extra 120cm mattress in this bedroom (for 2 children or 1 to 2 adults).
- On the other side of the living area, a hallway gives access to: a separate toilet; a large bathroom with bath and walk-in shower; a large bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm); another bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and the option of adding 1 small child's bed.

You will be able to park your car in the large private enclosed area, with its green spaces and uninterrupted views.
This former farmhouse, in the countryside, is close to all amenities (shops, services, medical centre, SNCF) and leisure facilities (riding centre, forest, lake, Sillé plage, villages in bloom, medieval circuit, Ste Suzanne, etc.).

Easy access by SNCF: Sillé le Guillaume station (TER Le Mans - Laval); the owners can collect you from the station.

Road access: D304 (Le Mans - Mayenne), Le Grez, "Landereau" rest area, private driveway "La Mare", 50 metres on the right towards Sillé plage.
