Situated in the heart of the Belinois region, just a few minutes from Vieux Mans and at the foot of the 24H race circuit, this new house built with ecological materials and dedicated solely to hosting guests will delight you. It has a large 70 m2 terrace with an outdoor table and armchairs. It also has a ready-to-use gas griddle.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave. The kitchen opens onto a lounge and a living room. There is also a pellet stove in this large living room.
A master suite with king-size bed (180 x 200) and en-suite shower room is located on the ground floor. Separate WC.
Upstairs are three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 x 200), a shower room with two basins and a separate WC.
- The beds are ready when guests arrive. They can be made into single or double beds.
-Towels are provided.
- The house is of course equipped with wifi internet access, a 130 cm television with different channel packages and netflix.
- A Nespresso machine and coffee capsules are available.
- Cleaning and laundry facilities are also provided.
- There is a large closed garage for your vehicle. Parking for 3 other vehicles is available on the property.
