Not overlooked, it has a large enclosed courtyard with space for several cars, tufa stone outbuildings for motorbikes or bicycles and a grassed area.
At the foot of the Bercé forest, 35 km from La Flèche zoo and 27 km from the Le Mans 24-hour race circuit, the house is in the heart of the Loir Valley, with its 300 km of riverbanks.
On the ground floor, the gîte has a kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, a cosy living room with fireplace (wood provided) and TV, a bathroom (with bath) and a separate WC.
Upstairs, 3 cosy bedrooms await you: a double bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a family bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds. Shower room with WC.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Beds are made up on arrival.
Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and sun bed are available for you to enjoy with your family or friends.
The gîte is adjoining our house with completely independent access, so we will be available to welcome you during your stay. We have a range of facilities at your disposal, including table tennis, rackets and baby equipment (cot, bath and high chair).
