In a very quiet setting with no onlookers, it has a beautiful view of the village and the listed church.
With a capacity of 8 to 9 people, and sleeping 9, it is an ideal place to meet up with family or friends, or to take part in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
The house - a farmhouse dating from 1830 - is isolated in 4 hectares of parkland, with no neighbours in the immediate vicinity. You are the only tenants, close to the charming village of Courdemanche (500 m), with its bakery, mini-market, pharmacy and medical centre.
The park is equipped with paths and a few garden benches for a pleasant stroll between clearings and varied views (the tour takes 20 minutes). With a bit of luck, you'll come across our friends from the park, roe deer, squirrels, pheasants, partridges and various birds. This park is a real ecological reserve!
You will be greeted by someone who will explain the premises, give you the keys and be available if you need anything during the week.
The house is protected by a Verisure alarm system, the operation of which is explained to you.
The 10x4 m swimming pool is entirely for your use. It is covered by a tarpaulin and is located in a fenced-in area right next to the house, with a view over the village. The facility is equipped with a heat pump (temperature 25°C), a shower and a set of benches, deckchairs and parasols for at least ten people. The access door is fitted with a key. It is your responsibility to ensure its safe use, particularly for children.
The house is disinfected between each rental period in accordance with current hygiene regulations. Linen - sheets, pillowcases, towels - are changed between tenants and washed at 40 degrees.
The house comprises a ground floor of around 150 m2 (5 rooms, 1 shower room) and a first floor of 130 m2 (5 rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms), two independent staircases and a few steps on the ground floor. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
