Our cottages are located very close to the river and near the greenway, so you can enjoy the banks of the Loir as a couple or as a family and discover the lakes of La Monnerie, authentic landscapes, fauna and flora preserved to safeguard species, which are great places to walk or cycle.
Ideal for travellers wishing to discover the tourist region of the Loir Valley, and for professionals on training courses or travelling.
If you fancy it, just 500m away on foot is the Château de Créans, built in the 15th century and listed as a Historic Monument since 1905. Today it is a private property with a small chapel, and the estate's caretaker will be on hand to show you around the exterior of the château and the private chapel. Individuals are welcome to book a tour by calling 02 43 45 25 33.
You can cycle to the Moulin de la Bruère and La Flèche Zoo, taking the "Loir et Châteaux" loop and the Voie Verte "honey route". We are also 30 minutes from the Le Mans 24-hour race circuit.
A communal area in the centre of the site will enable you to share convivial moments and exchanges around equipment (table and chairs, plancha, petanque pitch).
A secure bicycle shed is available free of charge at the entrance to the site.
Chalet Vintage :
A nod to the 70s, this chalet has a vintage feel. It features a fully-equipped kitchen and a colourful living room with flat-screen TV, a shower room and a separate WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (1 x 140 x 200 bed in each) and a sleeping area (1 x 80 x 200 bed), with views over the countryside, for a total capacity of 5 people. You can enjoy your meals and moments of relaxation on your shaded, private terrace, equipped with a plancha grill.
