We welcome you to a large, quiet house 25 minutes from the Le Mans 24-hour race circuit. Located south of Le Mans, 8 minutes from exit 24 of the A28 motorway, with direct access to the various entrances to the circuit.
We offer accommodation in the bedrooms of our grown-up children, now students, at the gateway to the Bercé national forest, for a few events organised on the circuit: 24h, Grand Prix, Le Mans Classic,... or even for other weekends...
To accommodate you (contact us to make sure the dates are available, as Leboncoin and AirBNB ask us to post an advert per room) 4 beautiful rooms with double beds and the possibility of a real extra double bed on a mezzanine (no sofa bed or convertible sofa).
We provide the common rooms of the house and stay on site to meet your needs.

- The price is per room with 2 beds (double bed): same price if occupied by 1 person only.

- No smoking in the house
- Depending on the size of your group, accommodation will be shared with other guests in a friendly atmosphere.
