In the countryside and 10 minutes from Le Mans (3 minutes from the motorway exit and 10 minutes from the Le Mans 24-hour race circuit, 10 minutes from the Pôle Européen du Cheval, etc.), we would be delighted to welcome you to an old cowshed in a 15th-century farmhouse that we have restored ourselves. The combination of natural materials (earth, straw, shingles, etc.) and more contemporary ones (metal, waxed concrete, etc.) helps to enhance the building.
The space is designed to be warm and friendly. It's ideal for a get-together with family or friends, but also for professionals and teleworking.
The gîte is designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 people. To ensure the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, "noisy" parties are not accepted.
