Welcome to l'Atelier Dollonnais, our living space dedicated to holidays and relaxation (newly opened in March 2022).
Located in the Perche Sarthois region, around 35km from the 24-hour race circuit, east of Le Mans. L'Atelier Dollonnais welcomes you with its 5 accommodation units (capacity 12 people), its large indoor swimming pool (18m*4.5m), unique in Sarthe, and its home cinema area with large screen (5m).
Enjoy the comfort and design of the interior with your family or friends, and a large outdoor terrace with views over the countryside.
This villa, located in Dollon, has a private indoor swimming pool open all year round, an enclosed garden and a WiFi connection.
The lounge is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the area.
The villa has 5 comfortable flats, 1 flat with a double bed and sofa bed, kitchenette and en suite bathroom with bath and toilet, and 4 flats each with a double bed, kitchenette and en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The 5 flats are located on the first floor of the villa.
On the ground floor, you will find the swimming pool (secured by a shutter), the large cinema screen, a dining area and a kitchen, all shared by the 5 flats.
Please be careful, as the living area is shared with the swimming pool.
Bed linen provided. Kitchen and bathroom linen only.
The villa is secured by a remote-controlled gate. There are 6 outdoor parking spaces, one of which is equipped with an 11Kwatt electric charging point: recharging available on request (with payment of a flat-rate charge).
Smoking is not permitted inside. Pets are not allowed.
