20 minutes from the 24 Hours race circuit and the town of Le Mans, in the middle of the Sarthoise countryside, on 10 hectares surrounded by horses, this gîte is located 15 minutes from the Pôle Européen du cheval-Boulerie Jump, gîte for 5 people.
Ground floor: entrance, living room with dining area and lounge area with sofa bed and flat-screen TV. Separate kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, etc.). Separate WC and shower room with shower and 1 washbasin.
Access to first floor via fairly narrow staircase, mezzanine landing with 1 x 90cm bed and 1 bedroom with 4 x 90cm beds.
Numerous footpaths to nearby BEAUFAY.

Possibility for up to 7 people with 2 beds in a sofa bed on the ground floor 50 Euros/additional person.
Jacuzzi available at extra cost.
