Its mission is to develop initiatives to raise awareness and educate people about contemporary art, and more specifically about painting. It regularly organises demonstrations by artists in the art library's collection. It has over 30 works by painters from the region.
Paintings are at your fingertips and in your wallet. An art library is a bit like a big library of works of art. It's a magical place, easy to get to, where you don't come to choose a book but a painting for an average of 25 to 30 euros a month.
An art library raises public awareness of art by offering to hire works by artists, with the option of purchasing them.
