The church of St Pierre des Ormes is dedicated to Saint Peter and Saint Paul and is set in lush greenery with flower beds.

The church of St Pierre des Ormes occupies an important place in the heart of the village, surrounded by its pretty flowerbeds.
Dating from the 11th and 12th centuries, it has preserved its Romanesque portal.
After passing through it, you cross the narthex to reach a second door opening onto the building's main nave.
The wooden vault is barrel vaulted.
The building was enlarged in the 16th century with the addition of a side aisle and two windows that later became dormer windows.
The small Renaissance door opened onto the adjoining cemetery.
The present choir was converted in the 19th century.
The altar is made of two hemp braises supporting a fine wooden board.
On either side of the chancel are wooden niches, one of which houses a statue of St John (with an eagle).

A pilgrimage was organised every 8 September to Saint Gourgon, as the fountain was reputed to cure eye diseases.
It was very popular until the early 20th century, when it was gradually abandoned.
The fountain, now filled in, was located in the cellar of a house near the present-day town hall.
