Château de Dobert is surrounded by an English-style park designed in the early 19th century. The river that runs through it, the Vègre, enhances the park with its reflections and a pretty waterfall on the outskirts of the château.
A majestic avenue of centuries-old lime trees leads to the recently restored aqueduct. This exceptional monument is the only vestige of the hydraulic machine built in the 18th century by the people of Dobert, agronomists from the Age of Enlightenment who were keen to embrace modernity and progress.
The hillside overlooking the park offers a spectacular view of the château and its outbuildings.
