Balade cueillette : les plantes sauvages comestibles d’automne

Meet me for a walk of around 2 km towards Lake Mansigné. For two hours, I'll be sharing my passion for plants with you. This will be an opportunity to reconnect with nature and reappropriate the knowledge of our ancestors.
Identification criteria and recipes for making the most of their virtues on a daily basis.
At the end of the walk, we'll share a convivial moment over a wild drink.
Bring: boots (highly recommended), something to take notes and clothing suitable for the weather.
The outing will not be cancelled in the event of rain, so the smell of humus will be all the better ;)
