The kick-off was given in November 2023 at the Palais des Congrès in the presence of Emmanuel Aubry, Prefect of the Sarthe; Lydia Hamonou-Boiroux, representative of the Mayor of Le Mans and Dominique le Mener, President of the Sarthe Departmental Council.
A major event for the region, 5,000 delegates and almost 60,000 visitors will gather at the Le Mans Exhibition Centre from 8 to 11 October 2025.

Combining a conference and a trade show, this event for security professionals will require several months' work by the Le Mans Evénements teams.
Supporting the organising committee, implementing multiple solutions, coordination and deployment... a formidable challenge for our teams and for our Destination as a whole, which will be making its grand return to the national convention market 2 years before the reopening of the brand new Palais des Congrès & de la Culture.
