Do you want to know what a reinette from Le Mans tastes like? Or discover how to cook a Giroufle pear? Antoine is looking forward to seeing you on Saturday 11 October at the farmers' market at the Bas Palluau farm for tastings of apples and pears from local and traditional organic varieties.
At the tasting, you can also discover the catalogue of fruit trees and shrubs available for sale. A group delivery of trees will take place on Saturday 6 December at the Sargès Biocoop. The trees and shrubs will be delivered bare-rooted, so please bring large plastic bags to transport them.
Antoine is a nurseryman in Fercé sur Sarthe, producing over 200 species and varieties under organic farming methods.
