Dimanches de Caractère, organised by the Petites Cités de Caractère de la Sarthe, is back in 2025. In Sillé-le-Guillaume, it will take place on Sunday 28 September on the theme "They left their names in Sillé".
Description
Jeanne-Marie de Maillé, Paul Brulat, General de Gaulle, some are well known, others less so, but they all have a link with Sillé-le-Guillaume and have left their names in the town. Following the streets and their evocative names, this walk, punctuated by period songs performed by the choristers of the "Chœur Résonnances", will take you to the Salle Léon Besnardeau for a final performance and a tasting of rillettes from the Sillé butcher's shop.
