CAROLE CETTOLIN. "Ce qu'il en restera" is a photographic series that confronts the aesthetics of the oceans with the reality of plastic pollution.
The images, inspired by medieval stained-glass windows, offer an aesthetically appealing first reading. However, closer examination reveals an accumulation of waste.
The images are inspired by plastic, prompting the viewer to become more aware. Carole Cettolin's aim is to arouse emotion and engage the public in a reflection on our collective responsibility in the face of the global environmental crisis.
