Exhibition
72000 LE MANS
from 10h00 to 18h00
In 2025, the museum will be presenting around thirty works by the Franco-Gabonese artist, who will be bringing recent creations to the museum, commissioned by the musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac and linked to its own collections. Sculptures, drawings and installations are integrated into an immersive, participatory sound universe exploring the Punu culture of southern Gabon, and the cathartic power of tears in sacred mourning rituals. The tour focuses on four themes: the collective body, breath, returning to the earth, and the experience of place.
