Hooverphonic, an iconic Belgian band formed in 1995, has spanned the ages by constantly reinventing its elegant, cinematic pop. Initially influenced by trip-hop, the group quickly made a name for itself with its refined blend of dream pop, orchestral arrangements and sophisticated electronics. Their chart-topping hit Mad About You (2000) brought their spellbinding world to the attention of the general public, supported by the voice of Geike Arnaert, who returned in 2020 with the album Hidden Stories.
