This conference, led by Jean-Marie Brigant, takes advantage of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women on 25 November to look at the criminal law responses since the law of 4 April 2026.
Jean-Marie Brigant is a lecturer in private law and criminal sciences at the University of Le Mans.
A double exhibition on street harassment (by Juliette Lancel) and consent and violence (by the ToutSEXplique collective), on loan from the Family Planning organisation, can be seen in the lobby of the University Library until 26 November.
