Programme:
1.30 pm: Welcome and registration for walks
- 10 km health circuit :
1.45pm: Warm-up
2pm: Start of the circuit
- 4km family walks :
1.45pm: Warm-up
2.30pm and 3.30pm: Staggered departures
Bring suitable clothing and a bottle of water. Yellow waistcoat compulsory! Pushchairs are not recommended, baby carriers are preferable.
4pm: Vitamin-packed snack - offered to walkers
2pm - 6pm: Health village:
- Workshops and discoveries
- Information and prevention (introduction to first aid)
