Meditation is about listening to yourself, your feelings and the present moment. Art also invites us to take a break, brings us back to the present moment, and appeals to our emotions and introspection. It's time to put our minds at rest and let ourselves be carried away by what art can bring out in us, at the heart of the temporary exhibition at the Musée de Tessé.
