A course to explore all aspects of large trampolining
Alone and in groups, learn the basic figures, introduction to the wall trampoline and research time on the apparatus.

14 years and over, beginner or advanced level.
Good physical condition required.
Details
The course runs over 2 days: 11am-1pm and 2pm-4.30pm on Saturday, 10am-12pm and 1pm-2.30pm on Sunday.
Students are responsible for their own meals and accommodation.
Registration on site or by post
Equipment
We recommend that you wear covering clothing (soft trousers, t-shirt, socks, non-slip if possible, or rhythmic socks), and that you bring a water bottle, a snack and a bag to put your belongings in.
