A workshop to explore acrobatic lifts in a collective way, so you can be one body together and feel the pleasure of carrying and being carried.

The course takes place over 2 days: 3pm-6pm on Saturday, 10am-1pm, 2pm-4pm on Sunday.
Meals and accommodation are at the trainees' own expense.

Equipment
We recommend that you wear covering clothing (soft trousers, t-shirt, socks, non-slip if possible, or rhythmic socks), and that you bring a water bottle, a snack and a bag to put your belongings in.
