72350 BRULON
from 15h00 to 16h30
Brûlon sits on a natural promontory overlooking the River Vègre and its tributaries, and has been inhabited since at least the Celts, followed by the Gallo-Romans in the first few centuries AD.
On this tour, discover the feudal motte, which conceals some 50 falun sarcophagi dating from the Merovingian period, as well as Gallo-Roman remains.
You will then arrive at the Place des Anciennes Halles, then on to the Romanesque church and the house where Claude Chappe was born.
