- 1 common room of 45 m2 for 15 seats, with 1 equipped kitchen/ 1 lounge area/ WC for disabled people.
- 2 large outdoor terraces for dining/ pergolas/ views over the garden.
- Interior equipment: induction hob, oven, coffee machines with beans, filters and nescafé capsules, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue sets, planchas, mixers, beer taps, bottle warmer, 1 high chair and many other accessories (please refer to the equipment list).
- Included: tea towels, salt and pepper, sponges, ice cube tray.
- To bring: coffee, condiments, toilet paper, towels, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, 50l bin liners, coffee filters, capsules, aluminium foil, cling film, charcoal, firelighters.

> SLEEPING AREAS WITH 8 BEDROOMS NOT ADJOINING THE COMMON ROOM, AS FOLLOWS:
- 1 Apartment with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms for 6 people (twin beds or double beds on request) including 1 PMR bedroom, 1 PMR shower room/WC.
- 1 Apartment with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms for 4 people (twin or double beds on request), including 1 PMR bedroom / PMR shower room / WC.
- 3 separate bedrooms for 2 people (twin beds or double beds on request), 2 of which are air-conditioned / WC / bathroom with shower (2 bedrooms have 1 bath).
- Possibility of adding an extra bed in certain rooms, for children under 4 only (see prices in supplements).
- Please bring bed sheets and blankets if your child has bedwetting.
- Bed linen and bath towels included (except pool towels)
IMPORTANT :
- Beds are made before your arrival. Please specify the layout for each room and flat (twin or double beds, extra beds, etc.).

> OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL :
- Outdoor swimming pool heated to 25° / salt water / small children's pool (ht=43cm) / terrace with deckchairs, pergolas.
- Pool season from 15 June to 15 September, opening hours 9.30am to 9.30pm (flexible).
- Outside this period, you can request that the pool be opened and heated (min 25°) for the weekends from 1 May to 15 June and from 15 to 30 September.
This option must be confirmed at least 6 days before your arrival (heating time required to reach 25°).
Amount of the option: 80€ to be paid on arrival, even if the weather is bad.
- Fully fenced pool, protective curtain at night, security gates (twist lock), pool rules displayed before access to pool, outdoor shower and footbath.
- Towels are optional (2€) (you cannot use the towels provided in your rental accommodation).
- For babies and small children, please bring floaties and special waterproof nappies for the pool.
- The following are not permitted: shorts or underwear, alcoholic drinks, glass bottles, food, shoes or nudity.

- Several private or shared outdoor terraces, equipped with tables, deckchairs and parasols.
- Barbecue area (or plancha on request).
- Large private car park with 10 spaces for trailers or vans (camper vans not permitted).

- Compost bins, recycling bins, glass bins, etc.

> SUPPLEMENTS ON REQUEST:
- Change of towels or bed linen during your stay: €8 per set of towels and €10 per change of bed linen.
- Hire of swimming pool towels: €2/person

Our establishment is ideal for gatherings of family or friends. You'll enjoy gathering in our communal areas while having your privacy in your flat or room. This feature is much appreciated by our guests.
