Situated close to the river Sarthe, in an authentic country setting, 5 km from Sablé sur Sarthe town centre, these premises will enable you to organise your events and entertain your loved ones in a protected and secure environment. With its long history, the Logis de la Courbe has remained very discreet throughout its successive transformations. From a fortified farm, it became a Logis with the addition of a chapel in the 17th century, a dovecote in the 18th century and farm buildings in the 19th century, which transformed it into a tenant farm.
